Specialised Assistance for Families and Carers

Nursing Home / Disability Support

Our professional team delivers high-quality care for individuals in nursing homes or living with disabilities. This includes assistance with personal care, mobility support, and social engagement tailored to each person’s needs.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

UNIC’s SIL services provide participants with the opportunity to live independently in a safe, supported environment. We offer 24/7 assistance as needed, ensuring participants can enjoy their independence with confidence and security.

24-Hour Complex Support

For participants with higher support needs, our experienced team offers round-the-clock care. This includes complex support services tailored to individual medical, physical, and personal needs to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity.

Individual Support

UNIC offers flexible, person-centered individual support to meet specific needs, whether it’s help with daily tasks, community engagement, or skill-building activities. We work alongside participants to enhance their independence and quality of life.

TAC/WorkSafe Support

UNIC provides support for individuals with injuries covered by the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) or WorkSafe. Our services include personal care, rehabilitation support, and assistance with returning to everyday life activities.

Cleaning Services

We offer professional cleaning services tailored to participants’ needs, ensuring safe, hygienic, and comfortable living environments. This includes regular housekeeping, deep cleaning, and specialised services as required.

After-School Programs
